Sales Associate - :
A Leading Retail Company in UAE is looking for Retail Sales Associates for its premium and luxury retail stores / showrooms in Abu Dhabi & Dubai (2 Position Vacant). The Sales Associates will be responsible for retail sales, merchandise the products and build our brands by providing excellent customer service at the retail stores / showrooms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers, responding to their enquiries / questions, improving engagement with merchandise, and providing outstanding customer service
- Present the product and services to generate sales through enquiries and to walk in customers at the retail stores
- Proactively promote and sell the brands and products
- Up-sell & Cross-sell baby care, childcare & mother care products / brands at the retail stores
- Follow up over phone and email after enquiries are generated at the stores
- Ensure that the sales targets are met (daily / weekly / monthly)
- Contribute to the development of commercial intelligence through walk in or visitors' information
- Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers in the outlets
- Maintain required records, prepare & submit DSR, provide feedback and serve as the direct point of interaction between customers and other stakeholders
- Ensure that the shop is always well maintained and represents the company's image
