Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell off-plan properties to investors and end users.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Advise clients on investment options, payment plans, and ROI.
Maintain strong relationships with developers and clients.
Manage sales records and client data in CRM.
Achieve sales targets and represent the company at property events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
2-4 years' UAE off-plan sales experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and market knowledge.
Proficiency in CRM tools; English fluency (other languages a plus).
UAE driving license and car preferred.
