Sales Associate for Commercial Kitchen Equipment (B2B)

Al Taqah Kitchens is seeking a results-driven and customer-focused
Sales Associate
to join our Business-to-Business (B2B) sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of commercial kitchen equipment to restaurants, hotels, cafes, and other establishments.
Salary:
AED 5,000 to AED 8,000 per month, plus commission.
Working Hours:
Flexible.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with new business leads and potential clients in the F&B and hospitality sectors.
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Present and demonstrate a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment, providing expert advice and solutions.
Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring all terms are met and client satisfaction is achieved.
Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitor products.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
B2B sales
, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in
F&B sales
or
commercial kitchen equipment sales
in the
MENA region
.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Must possess a valid
UAE driver's license
and have access to a personal vehicle.
Conversational and professional proficiency in the
English
language is required.
A proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated approach to sales.
Ability to work effectively and independently with flexible hours.
