We are a growing perfume company dedicated to offering premium fragrances that embody elegance and style. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team and represent our brand in retail locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service. Assist customers in selecting perfumes based on their preferences. Demonstrate product knowledge and communicate key fragrance notes and brand stories. Maintain visual merchandising and store display standards. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance. Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately. Build long-term relationships with customers through attentive service and follow-up.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Presentable and professional appearance. Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus). Passion for perfumes and customer service. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
