Job Summary:

Tasleeh is looking for energetic and customer-focused

Sales Associates

to join our retail team in Fujairah. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional in-store experience by assisting customers, promoting products, maintaining displays, and supporting daily store operations. A passion for tactical gear, airsoft, outdoor equipment, and customer engagement is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales:

Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner. Provide product knowledge and guidance on airsoft, tactical, and outdoor items. Actively promote current sales, offers, and promotions. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently. Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction to build client loyalty.

Sales Operations:

Process transactions accurately using the POS system (cash, card, and other payment methods). Maintain updated knowledge of all inventory, pricing, and store policies. Support stock replenishment and inventory tagging as needed. Assist in achieving daily and monthly sales targets set by the supervisor.

Store Maintenance:

Ensure the shop floor, display shelves, and demo zones are neat and fully stocked. Participate in merchandising, restocking, and product presentation. Conduct basic store cleaning and maintenance duties as scheduled.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail training is a plus. Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail sales or customer service role. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems. Interest or background in tactical, airsoft, or outdoor equipment is a plus. Fluent in English; Arabic and other language skills are an advantage.

Work Schedule:

Must be available to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Location & Mobility:

Position is based in

Fujairah

; candidates must be willing to work exclusively at the assigned store location.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
