Job Summary
The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining store standards in line with brand guidelines. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, promoting fashion products, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities1. Customer Service & Sales
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable fashion products.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell products to increase average transaction value.
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
2. Store Operations
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Follow company policies on cash handling, POS usage, returns, and exchanges.
Assist in opening and closing the store when required.
Monitor stock levels and support stock replenishment.
3. Visual Merchandising Support
Maintain product displays as per brand visual merchandising standards.
Ensure products are properly priced, tagged, and arranged.
Assist in window displays and promotional setups.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
