Position Summary
We are seeking a confident, fashion-forward
Sales Associate
to join our boutique team in DIFC. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in evening wear, a natural flair for styling, and a genuine passion for women's couture. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a luxury retail environment and enjoys building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver personalized one-on-one styling and an elevated shopping experience
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and loyalty
Uphold the boutique's visual standards, ensuring garments and displays reflect brand excellence
Manage high-value sales transactions with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion
Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is well-organized and up to date
Liaise closely with the in-house workshop to ensure timely delivery of custom orders
Support, train, and mentor junior sales staff when required
Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to the boutique's overall performance
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in luxury or evening wear fashion retail
Impeccable grooming and a polished, professional appearance
Strong interpersonal, communication, and client engagement skills
Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays
A genuine passion for high fashion with strong attention to detail
