Conduct outbound calls to prospective individual and corporate clients to promote the company's travel services and packages
Establish and maintain professional relationships with travel agencies outside Dubai to generate inbound clients
Coordinate, support, and manage company-appointed agents and oversee their client bookings
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and agent-generated clients to ensure conversion and client satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, sales activities, and agent performance
Communicate client requirements clearly with internal operations and reservations teams
Represent the company professionally in all client and agent communications
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, telesales, tourism, or travel services is preferred
Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
Ability to meet sales targets and work independently
Professional telephone manners and client-handling skills
Basic understanding of travel products and tourism services
Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools is an advantage
