dynamic and result-oriented Sales Associate (FEMALES)
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
generating qualified leads
through cold calling, prospecting, and direct outreach. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base by identifying potential clients and introducing them to our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct
daily outbound cold calls
to potential clients to introduce company offerings.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through
research, prospecting, and follow-up
.
Maintain and update the
CRM database
with accurate client information and activity tracking.
Schedule appointments or product presentations for the sales team.
Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly
lead generation targets
.
Build and maintain a positive relationship with potential clients to nurture long-term business opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine
lead generation strategies
.
Prepare and share
weekly reports
on call activity, lead conversion, and pipeline development.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience
in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (B2B experience is a plus).
Proven ability to handle
high-volume outbound calls
and meet targets.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Strong
persuasion and negotiation abilities
.
Proficiency in
MS Office
and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently.
Fluency in
English
(Arabic is an advantage).
