Process and fulfill online orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure timely packaging and shipment of orders.
Coordinate with couriers for pick-ups and deliveries.
Inventory Management:
Maintain and update inventory records.
Conduct regular stock checks and manage reorders to ensure product availability.
Organize and manage storage of inventory.
Customer Follow-up:
Communicate with customers regarding order status, inquiries, and concerns.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders promptly.
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Social Media Management:
Create and schedule engaging social media posts to promote products and brand awareness.
Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments and messages.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies.
General Administrative Tasks:
Assist with other related tasks as needed to support the business operations.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in order fulfillment, inventory management, or customer service is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good in using social media platforms.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and online retail platforms such as shopify.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 1.5 month
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED1,900.00 per month
