Job Description
Greet customers in store or on the phone in a friendly, professional manner
Provide accurate product information to customers
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Ensure that store shelves are stocked with merchandise
Keep up to date on new products, services, and promotions
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow all company policies and procedures
Work cooperatively with other team members
Requirements:
Proven track record of successful sales experience
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
