We are looking for a
Sales Associate
to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through program options while gaining hands-on experience insales, counselling, and CRM tools
.Key Responsibilities
Handle student inquiries via phone, email, and chat Advise on academic programs, career pathways, and enrollment steps Support lead generation, follow-ups, and outreach campaigns Keep accurate records in CRM systems Assist senior associates during calls, demos, and events Prepare reports and track daily conversion metrics
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or Education Strong verbal and written communication skills Passionate about education and student success Energetic, persuasive, and eager to learn Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
