Key Responsibilities
Handle student inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Advise on academic programs, career pathways, and enrollment steps
Support lead generation, follow-ups, and outreach campaigns
Keep accurate records in CRM systems
Assist senior associates during calls, demos, and events
Prepare reports and track daily conversion metrics
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or Education
Strong verbal and written communication skills
