Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Associate with 2-3 years of experience in luxury product sales (retail) or wellness products. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about promoting high-end lifestyle products while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales by handling walk-in clients, cold calls, and lead follow-ups, closing deals efficiently.
Build, nurture, and leverage relationships with clients in luxury or wellness sectors.
Handle walk-in clients, lead inquiries, and follow-ups, ensuring personalized customer consultations and closing sales efficiently.
Actively manage, track, and nurture a large database of leads and existing clients within the CRM system, ensuring consistent follow-ups, relationship building, and conversion of leads into confirmed showroom visits, site meetings, and sales opportunities.
Understand client requirements and create tailored Project Execution Plans and client briefs to deliver optimal solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, installation, and operations) to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.
Maintain up-to-date project reports, sales activity logs, and client communications.
Provide post-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new launches to maintain a competitive edge.
Work proactively to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets, implementing effective sales strategies.
Maintain organized records of customer interactions, quotations, and transactions in CRM or other reporting tools.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree.
Experience:
2-3 years in Retail Sales (Preferably in luxury products or wellness sector).
Valid Driving License
(mandatory).
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Proven experience in handling client meetings, product demonstrations, and project coordination.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Proficient in
MS Office
and comfortable working with CRM tools.
Professional presentation and client engagement skills.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
