Sales Associate

to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

:

Customer Service: Greet customers, assist them with product selection, and provide product information to ensure a positive shopping experience. Sales: Achieve sales targets by actively promoting products, upselling, and cross-selling. Handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the products and services offered, including features, benefits, and pricing. Merchandising: Assist with the display and organization of products, ensuring the store is visually appealing and well-stocked. Inventory Management: Help with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and reporting any discrepancies to management. Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and safe for customers and staff. Follow all health and safety guidelines. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and provide a cohesive customer experience.

Qualifications

:

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
