We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
Sales Associate
with2 to 4 years of proven experience in the UAE
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a solid understanding of UAE market dynamics.Key Responsibilities
Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance. Maintain knowledge of the latest products, promotions, and company offerings. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Process sales transactions accurately through POS systems. Maintain store displays, ensure product availability, and support merchandising activities. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
2-4 years of sales experience in the UAE
(mandatory). Proven track record in meeting sales targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and proactive approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
