Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Proven experience in sales, customer service, staffing, or manpower services is a plus. Strong understanding of workforce solutions, recruitment processes, and client staffing needs. Knowledge of marketing and social media posting to support client engagement and brand presence. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage client relationships, handle post-deployment issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with the ability to meet targets and deadlines. Comfortable working independently or collaboratively with internal teams (HR, recruitment, operations). Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
