Job Responsibilities:
Handle healthcare
tenders, inquiries, and quotation preparation
Prepare and manage
Proforma Invoices, Quotations, and Sales Orders
Coordinate with suppliers and maintain
strong supplier relationships
Follow up with clients and manage existing
customer database
Assist sales team with documentation and order processing
Handle
basic accounting tasks
such as invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation
Maintain records, filing, and contract documentation
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse for order fulfillment
Job Requirements:
Minimum
4 years of experience
in a Sales Admin role (Healthcare industry preferred)
Previous experience in
tender handling and quotation preparation
Knowledge of
Proforma Invoices, Invoices, and documentation
Basic knowledge of accounting and MS Excel
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle multiple clients and suppliers independently
Experience in UAE healthcare sector is an advantage
