Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused

Retail Sales Associate

to join our team at TWO GUYS HOME FURNISHINGS LLC. The ideal candidate will have a passion for home furnishings and decor, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Proficiency in other languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian, etc.) is a plus. Assist customers in selecting home furnishing products like curtains, blinds, wallpapers, flooring, furniture's etc., that meet their needs and preferences. Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers to enhance their shopping experience. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system. Create and send quotations, and follow up with customers to close the deal. Stay up to date on product knowledge, including new arrivals and promotions, to efficiently assist customers. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and escalate as needed. Assist with other duties as assigned by management to support the overall operations of the store.

Customer Service Focus:

Prioritize customer satisfaction by actively listening to their needs and addressing them promptly. Demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with difficult or irate customers. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs were met and resolve any outstanding issues. Strive to exceed customer expectations through exceptional service and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Previous SALES experience preferred, especially in home furnishings or related industries. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft office is required.
