Sales Associate
Job Description
Our Tele caller is the first point of contact with the customer, looking for the below qualities in our crucial customer contact personnel.
~Good communication skills, are energetic and friendly on the call
~Explaining our company's products or services
~Answering all customer doubts and queries
~Educating customers on the services provided and the service charges
~Providing quotations and confirming services
~Getting sales on a daily basis
~Scheduling service appointments on a daily basis with the customer
~Co-ordination with drivers and customers on the status of the services
~Following up on previous customers for potential sales
~Maintaining records of customer contacts
~Completing customer surveys to obtain information about service provided
~Post Service Customer feedback and Testimonials
Note: Salary + Attractive commission
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
Experience:
UAE Sales: 2 years (Required)
