Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused

Sales Associate

to join our dynamic team. The Sales Associate will play a key role in engaging potential clients, promoting our financial products and services, and ensuring a positive customer experience while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers or leads in a professional and friendly manner. Understand client needs and recommend suitable trading, training, or financial solutions. Promote and explain company services, campaigns, and offers to potential customers. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and effectively. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth onboarding and client experience. Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly. Participate in training sessions to enhance product and sales knowledge.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is an advantage). Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer service preferred -- experience in financial services (Forex/Crypto) is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed sales goals. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM systems). Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
