DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
Serves customers by helping them select products.
Responds to customers' questions.
Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
Provides outstanding customer service.
Processes payments by totalling purchases, processing cash or other credit and debit cards.
Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
Ensure racks are fully stocked.
REQUIREMENTS:
Understanding of the retail sales process
Must have work experience in similar field
Strong understanding of customer service
Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
Basic math skills
Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships.
Ability to perform in fast-paced.
Arabic speaking is a add on
