Sales Officer

to join our team. If you have a flair for fragrance and enjoy helping customers find their perfect scent, this is the job for you! Your role will involve driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in selecting perfumes based on their preferences Demonstrate knowledge of fragrance notes, brands, and new arrivals Drive in-store sales to meet daily and monthly targets Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the store Handle cash and POS transactions accurately Assist in stock management, inventory, and reordering products Promote in-store promotions and loyalty programs Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business Stay up-to-date on fragrance trends and product knowledge

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year of experience in retail sales (perfume or cosmetics preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident, well-groomed, and presentable Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities Passion for perfumes and an eye for luxury Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
