As a Sales Associate at PayMatic you'll be at the forefront of our fast-paced, dynamic environment, driving growth, working alongside a lean, agile Sales team as the first point of contact for potential merchants.
Your role will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities, while fostering strong, lasting relationships with prospects, ensuring merchants receive the tailored, innovative solutions they need to thrive.
Success in this role requires a proactive approach, quick adaptability, and a deep understanding of the payments landscape. Your hustle and ability to execute will directly impact our growth, driving organizational expansion in UAE's challenging but rewarding market.
Requirements
Drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and retention in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Build strong relationships with new merchants to add more business Identify cross- and up-selling opportunities to deliver additional value to the merchants and generate increased revenue for the organization Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting to going live Achieving monthly and yearly goals
You will be a good fit if you:
Merchant service experience in the UAE (2 Years Minimum) Have a proven track record of prospecting for new clients, building a pipeline, and completing the sale cycle You have gained experience in selling POS, Payment Links, Payment Gateway Have strong verbal and written communication skills Valid UAE driving and own vehicle
