Key Responsibilities
Manage student inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Guide students on academic programs, career paths, and enrollment processes
Assist with lead generation, follow-ups, and outreach campaigns
Update and maintain records in CRM platforms
Support senior team members during calls, demos, and events
Prepare reports and track performance metrics
