The Sales Associate will be responsible for attracting real estate agents and agencies to the BrokerDeck platform and selling subscriptions to them. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who is comfortable with direct, in-person sales and is passionate about real estate and technology. The Sales Associate will be a key contributor to our growth, helping us expand our user base and establish BrokerDeck as the leading platform for real estate professionals in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Sell BrokerDeck's Corporate and Personal Subscriptions.
Actively seek out and attract new real estate agencies and individual brokers through various offline methods, including "door-to-door" visits to agency offices, real estate-related event visits, and project launch events.
Present and demonstrate the BrokerDeck platform to potential clients, highlighting its features and benefits.
Conduct sales presentations and demos of the BrokerDeck platform to agents and key decision-makers at real estate agencies.
Effectively communicate the value of our "Pro" and "Premium" subscription plans.
Represent BrokerDeck at industry exhibitions, conferences, and seminars through active networking.
Meet individual KPIs based on the number of sold subscriptions.
Gather feedback from agents to help improve the BrokerDeck platform and services.
Reporting and Administration
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the company's CRM system.
Prepare daily reports on sales performance and client feedback.
3. Candidate Requirements
Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
1-2 years of experience in sales or business development.
Excellent communication skills: the ability to easily establish contact, listen, persuade, and negotiate at different levels.
Ready for field work that involves daily travel around Dubai.
Energetic, with a positive attitude and a desire to develop a career in PropTech.
Punctuality.
Experience conducting product presentations and demonstrations (preferably for an IT/SaaS product).
The ability to independently plan your workday, routes, and tasks to achieve results.
Results-oriented: persistent, ambitious, and driven to meet and exceed targets.
Experience using CRM systems.
Will be a Big Plus
1-2 years of experience in active

Experience in the Dubai real estate market (especially working with brokers).
Experience working for an IT / SaaS company.
An existing network of contacts among real estate agencies and agents in Dubai.
Fluency in Arabic or other languages.
4. What We Offer
Your compensation is structured in two parts:
Base Salary:
$1000 per month.
Result-Based:
$20 for each subscription sold after the first 50 subscriptions sold.
