Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for oil, gas, and lubricant product lines
Build and maintain strong client relationships across commercial, industrial, and fleet sectors
Conduct regular field visits to clients to promote products and close sales
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients, highlighting product advantages
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, operations, accounts) to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and forecasts
Requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales in the oil & gas / lubricants industry
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of lubricants, diesel, or industrial oil applications is highly preferred
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
