As a Sales Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for aspiring students. Your job is to understand their goals, explain our services, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads via calls, emails, and walk-ins Conduct consultations and follow-ups with prospective students Explain study abroad options, eligibility, and application processes Maintain CRM records and meet monthly enrollment targets Collaborate with the counseling and marketing teams
Requirements
Excellent communication in English Confident, persuasive, and target-driven Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Bachelor's degree preferred
