Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list to promote and sell products/services.
Product Knowledge:
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the products or services being offered to confidently present and address client inquiries.
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential leads and customer needs by asking the right questions and using appropriate sales techniques.
Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Data Entry:
Accurately maintain CRM records with updated information regarding prospects, customer interactions, and sales progress.
Follow-ups:
Follow up on previous calls to ensure customer satisfaction and close deals effectively.
Reporting:
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
Customer Service:
Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in telesales or telemarketing (preferred).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems.
Strong listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs.
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
