Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused
Sales Associate
to join our team atSithara Home Maintenance
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries, promoting our services (AC duct cleaning, electrical, plumbing, painting, AMC, etc.), and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Dependent visa/own visa is preferred.Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential customers via calls, social media, and field visits Explain company services, offers, and AMC packages to customers clearly and persuasively Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools Meet weekly and monthly sales targets Coordinate with technicians to schedule services smoothly Stay updated with service knowledge, industry trends, and pricing Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
