Set up sales department KPIs
Communicate with clients to understand their goals and objectives.
Monitor and report on KPIs regularly

Create a motivational and healthy atmosphere for sales representatives
Identify opportunities for product and service up-sell
Monitor competition
Find prospective customers and new target segments.
Prospect potential clients looking to invest in DUBAI.
Follow and complete the paperwork process required to list a property and conclude a rental or sales.
Attend to sales queries and expand to viewing.
Working on social media and portals.
