Job Summary:

We are hiring a polished and experienced Sales Associate with a strong background in the UAE high-end jewellery market. The ideal candidate will deliver premium client service, expert product knowledge, and support branch openings across multiple countries. Travel flexibility and a professional, presentable demeanor are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized sales consultations to premium clients, demonstrating strong product knowledge and clear articulation. Maintain a professional, well-groomed image reflecting the luxury brand identity. Exhibit excellent communication skills and customer etiquette to build lasting client relationships. Collaborate with the team and management to ensure successful branch openings and sales targets. Apply detailed technical knowledge of luxury jewellery to guide and educate customers. Travel as required to Bahrain, KSA, and Dubai to support expansion efforts. Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and proactive engagement in all sales activities. Use prior UAE luxury retail experience to enhance customer service and sales performance.

Requirements:

Must hold a valid UAE spouse visa. Previous experience in a high-end jewellery store within the UAE. Exceptional client communication and etiquette skills. Availability for travel Well-groomed, professional appearance aligned with luxury branding. Strong technical knowledge of luxury jewellery products. Team player with a collaborative mindset and high reliability. Preferred candidates: Syrian and Lebanese nationals Candidates must submit a reference letter from a previous employer and clear background checks will be conducted. No criminal record related to theft or similar offenses.
