As a Property Consultant at Schazda, you're not here to push listings. You're here to advise, connect, and deliver value -- with elegance and precision. You will:

Master Your Market:

Understand client needs, market dynamics, and investment patterns to deliver tailored, high-impact property advice.

Lead the Entire Sales Journey:

From lead generation to closing and handover, you own the process -- and the outcome.

Represent Premium Properties:

Work with a handpicked portfolio of Dubai's most desirable residential and commercial real estate.

Present With Confidence:

Deliver standout viewings and presentations that win trust and accelerate decisions.

Navigate Complex Deals:

Handle negotiations, paperwork, and transaction steps with ease and professionalism.

Collaborate for Impact:

Work seamlessly with our in-house marketing, CRM, and operations teams to scale your results.

Stay Sharp:

Who We're Looking For

Whether you're just starting out or already making waves in Dubai real estate, we're after the same thing: ambition, resilience, and presence.

If you're newer to the game (Freshers):

You're great with people and build trust naturally. You're hungry to learn, quick to adapt, and not afraid to chase goals. You see challenges as opportunities and feedback as fuel.

If you're an experienced agent (3+ years):

You've got a solid closing track record in Dubai real estate. You're fluent in the rhythm of the market and what drives investors. Your negotiation and communication skills speak for themselves. You hold (or can obtain) a valid RERA license.

Regardless of experience, you must be:

Based in Dubai and ready for a full-time office-based role. Polished, people-oriented, and outcome-driven. Comfortable working in a fast-moving, performance-focused environment.
