Job Title: Sales Executive - Interior Fit-Out (Construction)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in the interior fit-out and construction industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of clients and consultants, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the local market. This role is responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality sectors.

Promote and sell interior fit-out services to clients, developers, consultants, and contractors.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, project managers, and procurement teams.

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Attend networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions to generate leads.

Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, pricing, and market dynamics in Dubai and the UAE.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the UAE, specifically in interior fit-out or construction.

Existing network and database of contacts in Dubai (mandatory).

Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and project cycles.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently.

UAE driving license preferred.
