Assist walk-in customers in selecting flowers and gift arrangements. Handle inquiries and take orders via phone, WhatsApp, and in-store. Maintain product displays and ensure the shop looks fresh and inviting. Manage daily sales transactions and maintain inventory records. Work closely with the florist team to ensure timely preparation and delivery.
Requirements:
Prior sales or retail experience (flower/gift shop experience is a plus). Friendly and approachable personality with excellent communication skills. Well-presented and professional. Fluent in English (Arabic or other language skills are a bonus). Must be based in Dubai.
