Job Description
We are looking for a Student Recruiter/ Sales Executive to join our Ecommerce Training Institute in Dubai
1. Sales and Business Development:
Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels (phone, email, social media).
Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate training programs.
Follow up on leads and nurture relationships with prospects to convert them into enrolled students.
2. Customer Engagement:
Present and promote training courses and programs to prospective students and organizations.
Provide clear information about course content, delivery methods, pricing, and schedules.
Address inquiries and concerns regarding training programs.
3. Course Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Participate in webinars, workshops, and events to showcase our offerings and engage with prospects.
4. Sales Reporting:
Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Provide regular reports on sales metrics and performance to management.
5. Customer Support:
Assist enrolled students with any questions or issues regarding their training experience.
Provide feedback to the training team to improve course offerings based on student needs.
6. Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on e-commerce trends and best practices to effectively communicate the value of our training programs.
Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
