Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential customers to promote driving courses. Explain course offerings, pricing, and benefits to prospective students. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for course enrollments. Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Assist customers with registrations, payments, and scheduling. Build and maintain strong relationships with students for repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies. Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to improve sales strategies. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly service.

Requirements:

1-2 years of proven sales experience

(preferably in education, training, or service-based industries). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Customer-centric approach with a passion for helping others. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools). High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation. Multilingual abilities (a plus).
