Job Summary:

As a Sales Associate at Aeres Perfumes, you will be the face of our brand. You'll help customers discover their signature scent, offer personalized recommendations, and ensure a memorable in-store experience. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, customer-focused, and have a strong interest in fragrance, fashion, or luxury retail.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and offer a warm, welcoming experience Provide expert product knowledge and fragrance consultations Achieve sales goals and contribute to store performance Build and maintain customer relationships Handle transactions accurately using POS systems Maintain store cleanliness and product presentation Stay informed about product launches and company promotions Assist with inventory and restocking as needed
Qualifications:

Prior retail or sales experience preferred (fragrance or beauty industry a plus) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-first mindset with a proactive attitude Passion for luxury products, fragrance, or fashion Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
