SALES ASSOCIATE, ALAxc3x8fA
As an ALAxc3x8fA Ambassador, you have to achieve sales in line with the ambitious of the Boutique and ensure that every Client has an exceptional and unique experience in the Boutique, by providing the highest standards of service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As an ALAxc3x8fA Ambassador, you have to achieve sales in line with the ambitious of the Boutique and ensure that every Client has an exceptional and unique experience in the Boutique, by providing the highest standards of service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales driven in line with ALAxc3x8fA commercial strategy and sales ceremony
- Reaching monthly store targets with the team
- Increasing average basket in quantity and value (UPT, VPT)
- Developing cross-selling
- Knowing RTW and Accessories construction and vocabulary
- Client service excellence
- Bringing to life the ALAxc3x8fA customer experience
- Representing with the highest standards and promoting ALAxc3x8fA's name and image inside the Boutique
- Welcoming Client, in the Boutique, over the phone, by e-mail, according to ALAxc3x8fA guidance and standards
- Developing the client book and updating the customer database
- Developing Client loyalty through excellent service and Treatment
- Reinforcing clientele relationships with consistent follow up
- Boutique operations and visual merchandising
- Taking part actively in team meetings, events, annual inventory counts and all daily operations as required
- Respecting and ensuring the highest standards of the displays in line with the Boutique guidance
- Ensuring a constant Boutique cleanliness and tidiness
- Respecting and applying security rules and mindset
- Brand Ambassador
- Maintaining excellent level of product knowledge, understanding products and trends, collections
- Following the ALAxc3x8fA Grooming
- Working closely with partners and teams
- Strong achievement
- A first professional experience gained from a luxury retail experience
- A person with an excellent high Client Treatment standards
- A team player with excellent inter-personnel skills and multi-tasking
- A person generous, audacious, humble and smiley
