Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide a high-standard shopping experience
Present and explain products, assisting customers with their selections
Prepare and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
Handle customer inquiries and orders over the phone
Organize and maintain product displays in the store
Arrange and present chocolates in an elegant, organized, and appealing manner(experience in chocolate display/arrangement is required)
Requirements:
Nationality: Asian
Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferably in hospitality or luxury retail)
Experience in chocolate arrangement or product display is required*
Friendly, well-presented, and professional with excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Willingness to work on shifts
