Sales Associate
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team . In this role, you will drive sales in our stores in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and engage customers in a professional manner, providing personalized experiences on our products, including shawls, cashmere products, carpets and textiles.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive upselling, cross-selling, and promotional activities.
Manage inventory displays, ensuring the showroom reflects current trends.
Process transactions efficiently using POS systems, handle returns/exchanges, and maintain accurate sales records.
Conduct product knowledge sessions and demonstrations to educate clients on cashmere quality, care, and sourcing from premium global suppliers.
Ensure compliance with Qatar's retail regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or Fashion Retail is a plus.Experience:
2-4 years in Qatar retail sales, preferably in luxury goods, fashion, or textiles. Experience in handicraft showrooms is a plus.Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic. Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices. Familiarity with cashmere or similar luxury fabrics; passion for sustainable fashion is a bonus. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.Personal Attributes:
Outgoing, detail-oriented, results-driven, and culturally sensitive to Qatar's multicultural environment.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
