The B2B Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing business-to-business sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets by promoting the company's products/services to corporate clients, distributors, and institutional buyers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients.
Develop customized proposals and solutions to meet client needs.
Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with potential clients.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting using CRM tools.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
Provide feedback to management on market demands and customer requirements.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record in B2B sales or business development.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Results-driven and self-motivated with strong closing ability.
Good knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in B2B sales (experience in Food and Beverage preferred).
Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage, if in Middle East).
Valid driving license (if role requires travel).
