Job Description
We are seeking a motivated
Sales Associate / Client Advisor
to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer experience, driven to achieve sales targets, and able to represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. You will assist customers, build client relationships, and support day-to-day store operations.Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive and engaging shopping experience Provide product knowledge, styling assistance, and personalized recommendations Achieve individual and store sales goals Build long-term client relationships through follow-up and clienteling Maintain store appearance, including visual merchandising and stock organization Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems Stay informed about new products, promotions, and store policies
Qualifications
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for fashion and customer service Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
