Job Description

Excellent experience in Perfume Industry within in UAE is mandatory (At least 2 years).

Non Perfume Industry CVs will not be considered.

Here are typical roles and responsibilities:

Customer Assistance:

Greeting customers as they enter the store. Providing assistance and guidance to customers in selecting perfumes based on their preferences, needs, and occasions. Answering questions about different fragrances, their ingredients, and their characteristics. Offering recommendations and suggesting complementary products such as lotions or gift sets.

Product Knowledge:

Maintaining a deep understanding of the various perfume brands, their product lines, and their unique selling points. Staying informed about new arrivals, promotions, and special offers. Being able to effectively communicate product information and benefits to customers.

Sales and Upselling:

Actively engaging customers to drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets. Upselling or cross-selling additional products to increase the value of each transaction. Using persuasive selling techniques while maintaining a helpful and friendly demeanor.

Merchandising and Visual Presentation:

Ensuring that the store is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing. Participating in merchandising activities such as restocking shelves, arranging displays, and setting up promotional signage. Monitoring inventory levels and notifying management of low stock or popular items.

Point-of-Sale (POS) Transactions:

Processing transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system. Handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment securely. Issuing receipts, refunds, or exchanges as needed.

Customer Service and After-Sales Support:

Resolving customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner. Providing after-sales support, such as assisting with returns or exchanges. Building rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.

Store Maintenance and Operations:

Assisting with opening and closing procedures, including cash register reconciliation and security checks. Keeping track of store supplies and notifying management of any maintenance or repair needs. Following store policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and customer service.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
