Lumiere is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Associate to join our B2B Apparel Division. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to B2B sales, in-depth knowledge of the Kuwait market, and hands-on experience with Arabic wear and apparel products.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage B2B client relationships within the Kuwait market
Promote and sell Arabic wear and apparel products to corporate and wholesale clients
Identify new business opportunities and expand the B2B customer base
Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in apparel or Arabic wear
Strong knowledge of the Kuwait market and customer behavior
Hands-on experience with Arabic wear / apparel products
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven personality
Valid Kuwait driving license is highly preferred
Transferable visa candidates accepted (SME & 18 Ahli visa)
