Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in product selection to ensure a personalized and positive shopping experience.
• Convert walk-in customers into loyal buyers through effective communication and service.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to drive repeat sales.
• Follow the GUEST selling model (Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank) for consistent service quality.
• Maintain deep knowledge of all Apparel Group brands for effective cross-selling and suggestive sales.
• Ensure store displays and merchandise layouts meet visual merchandising (VM) standards and brand guidelines.
• Record and manage inventory movement (inward/outward) accurately and assist with daily stock checks.
• Handle POS transactions efficiently, including billing, refunds, and cash reconciliation at shift start and end.
• Process payments securely via cash, cards, vouchers, or digital methods while following company procedures.
• Remain alert and compliant with all security and loss prevention policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information, including sales figures and customer data.
• Be flexible to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays, especially during sales or promotional events.
• Uphold grooming, personal presentation, and professional behavior standards at all times.

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in Retail, Business, or Marketing is a plus.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in retail, preferably in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive sales approach.
• Knowledge of POS systems and retail operations.
• Ability to work flexible hours and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Presentable, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
