About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-friendly
Sales Associate
to support daily sales operations, handle walk-in and online customers, manage inquiries, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and the sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with inquiries, product details, and order processing
Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries
Maintain and update customer records, quotations, and sales reports
Support the sales team in daily operations and follow-ups
Handle billing, invoicing, and basic documentation
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments when required
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the sales area
Ensure excellent customer service and timely response to clients
Requirements
Female candidate preferred
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or front-office roles
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Salary
Salary will be
based on experience
and discussed during the interview.
