Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at LOOK OPTICS. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a keen interest in fashion, and a desire to learn about optical products. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs. Assist customers in selecting eyewear, including glasses and contact lenses. Provide detailed information on lens options, frames, and optical products. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including displays and inventory. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally. Educate customers on proper eyewear care and usage. Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and objectives.
Qualifications:

Passion for customer service and the optical industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in retail or sales is a plus, but not required. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
