We are looking for a confident and customer-focused
Arabic Sales Lady
to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, promote products, process sales, and maintain excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist them with product selection.
Provide professional and friendly customer service at all times.
Explain product features, prices, promotions, and offers.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Handle cash, card, and online payments accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and display counters.
Refill shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively.
Manage customer complaints politely and report issues to the supervisor.
Maintain accurate records of sales, receipts, and inventory reports.
Promote new products and upsell items when possible.
Follow store SOPs and company standards.
Assist in stock counting and reporting low-stock items.
Requirements
Female Arabic speaker
(Lebanese, Syrian, Jordanian, Egyptian, etc.).
Previous experience in sales or customer service (retail, F&B, bakery, chocolate, fashion, or cosmetics preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Basic computer skills (POS system experience is a plus).
Flexible timing, including weekends and holidays if required.
Positive attitude and professional appearance.
Preferred Skills
Experience in
chocolate, sweets, bakery.
Strong upselling skills.
Ability to speak English in addition to Arabic.
