Key Responsibilities (Duties):
_Provide exceptional Customer Service and professional sales consultations to a diverse international and Arabic-speaking clientele.
_ Actively drive sales, achieve targets, and handle complex product inquiries across our full accessories line.
_ Execute professional Visual Merchandising (especially window and store displays) to maximize product appeal.
_Efficiently manage cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) transactions.
_ Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to high brand standards.
Requirements and Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate who is ready to excel in the competitive Dubai retail market:
_Experience (Must-Have): Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in retail, preferably within the accessories, fashion, or luxury goods sector.
_Language Skills (Crucial): Fluent and professional command of the English language (MANDATORY). Conversational to Good Proficiency in ARABIC is a strong advantage and highly preferred.
_Aesthetics: Professional, well-groomed appearance, strong communication skills, and an energetic, positive attitude.
_Availability: Must be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays (as per mall schedules).
Compensation and Benefits :
_Monthly Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications (Please state your expected salary in your application).
